Touchline Tactics is the consultancy division of Coaching Concepts Sports Management and targets primary and secondary schools as its major clients. Touchline Tactics conducts Action Audits© on specific sports within the school’s sports department and identifies problematic areas. An Action Audit© is an in-depth audit of the processes, structures, facilities, equipment, and coaching staff of a chosen sport. This audit is completed on a consultancy basis and provides the stakeholders with an unbiased and objective view of the successes and failures of that particular sports code. Items under review would include, but not be limited to, coaching staff accreditation, practice formats, injury management and rehabilitation, structured game-plans and how these items are put into practice.
